All study leave claims should be submitted within three months of attending the event, with the exception of trainees based at the Royal Free where the Trust's deadline is 60 days. Please ensure you attach all relevant receipts and proof of attendance to your claim.
Claims older than three months will require TPD approval in order to be processed. Please contact your TPD in the first instance to explain the reason for the delayed submission.
If your claim is older than twelve months, you will require approval from both your TPD and the HET study leave team. Please contact us through the PGMDE Support Portal for advice if this is the case.
