HEE will make arrangements for payment for activities that take place towards the end of the financial year (31st March) and Trusts should make internal arrangements for the funding to be released to trainees for legitimate, pre approved claims. All claims should be submitted by the end of June in any given year for events taking place in the previous financial year.
What do I do if a trainee submits a late claim relating to an event undertaken in the previous financial year?
