Trusts are able to continue to run courses locally free of charge to trainees and claim for the cost out of Study Leave budget for any courses that appear on the Study Leave lists as Curriculum Mandated or Curriculum Optional. You can claim for reimbursement via the usual reimbursement process completing the 3rd tab of the reimbursement spreadsheet and submitting on the 4th of each month. We run a course locally for trainees that previously we did not charge trainees to attend but instead paid for this out of the Study Leave budget. How can we fund these in the new process?
