If following discussion with your TPD financial agreement to a course is not approved and you wish to appeal the decision, then this will need to be escalated to your Head of School to make a final decision as to whether this course can be approved. To do this please submit your appeal via the Study Leave section of the Trainee Portal. If the trust aren’t able to release you from service then you would escalate this to the Director of Medical Education at the trust as now.
