Please submit an enquiry by clicking below to inform us of the start date of your maternity leave and a provisional return date. You should also inform the medical staffing department at your current trust to confirm the start date of your maternity leave.
If you are currently already LTFT and wish to return to training at the same WTE, you just need to inform us of your return date at least 28 days (earlier if you are able to)prior to your return via the portal by submitting an enquiry. If you wish to return at a different WTE you will need to submit a new LTFT application informing us of a change in your working pattern.
