How are academic trainees identified on the TRoG?

Academic trainees are identified by their curriculum type within TRoG. This will be displayed in column’s AR and AS under ‘Curriculum 3 Name’ and ‘Curriculum 3 End date’. This will include information on the medical school the trainee is affiliated with, if they are an Academic Clinical Fellow (ACF) or Clinical Lecturer (CL), the type of academic funding they are receiving (i.e. NIHR or locally funded) as well as the expected end date of their academic award (this may be different to their programme end date).
