Troubleshooting the CCT Calculator (Public Health).

  1. Double-check your inputs
Ensure all fields, such as training start date, placement durations, and approved training posts are entered accurately. Even small errors can affect the outcome.

  1. Liaise with your Training Programme Director (TPD) to verify your placement history.

  1. Submit a ticket via the PGMDE Support Portal
If everything appears correct but the calculator still shows an unexpected date, contact the Healthcare Education Team (HET) by submitting a ticket through the PGMDE Support Portal.
    Be sure to include:
    • A description of the issue
    • Your expected CCT date
    • Any relevant details about your training history
    • A copy of your CCT calculator

  1. Provide supporting information
To help HET investigate, include as much detail as possible, such as your full site names, start and end dates of placements, grade during each placement, placement type, and WTE.

Your final CCT date will be finalised at point of ARCP.
