If you notice any discrepancies in your placement dates or training record on TSS, you should submit a ticket via the PGMDE Support Portal to notify the Healthcare Education Team (HET).
When submitting your request, please provide as much detail as possible to help expedite the correction process. This should include:
- Full site name
- Start and end dates of the placement
- Grade during the placement
- Placement type (OOP, statutory leave etc.)
- Whole Time Equivalent (WTE)
Providing complete and accurate information will help ensure your training record is updated promptly and correctly.
