If your event has been cancelled you should endeavour to obtain a refund for any expenses that have been pre-booked from either the event provider or your credit card company where relevant. If you are unable to obtain a refund then any outstanding expenses will be honoured. Please submit your claim to your trust via your usual local process with evidence that the expense is non-refundable.
