For trainees on maternity leave please note that you will be required to give a minimum of three (3) months notice of your intention to return to the training programme. This is so that the Lead Employers have sufficient time to complete your Pre-Employment checks and ensure that you are on the pay-roll. For trainees Out of Programme for other reasons (e.g. OOPR) please note that you will be required to give a minimum of three (3) monthsnotice of your intention to return to the training programme. For trainees on sick leave, you should provide as much notice as you are able too, although it is recognised that return dates are not always known well in advance.
