In this instance the team will do their best to try and accommodate these requests, however this will depend on the information available to us. If the event was many months ago and we do not have access to attendance lists then we may not be able to confirm your attendance and will not be able to issue certificates.

If the training day was hosted by the lead providers (event prior to July 2017) we will not have this information. If the event was administered by us and you registered for your event via booking links on Synapse, then scanned in your QR code to confirm your attendance on the day, we are more likely to be able to assist.
