What you need to know

• The right contact depends on whether the query is about training records, employer records, portal access, payroll, contract, professional registration or programme arrangements.
• HET can usually help with training record and programme information.
• Employers manage employment, contract, pay, annual leave, rota and HR matters.
• Professional bodies manage their own registration and membership records.
• You should include enough information for your query to be identified and routed correctly.

What to do
When raising a query, include your full name, professional registration number, if applicable, specialty or programme, training level, current or most recent placement, what needs to be changed or confirmed, the date the change takes effect, and any relevant evidence or screenshots.

If this does not work
If your query is sent to the wrong team, it may be redirected. If you do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, follow up through the same route and include your original query reference if you have one.

Who to contact
Use the PGMDE Support Portal for HET training record, programme or portal data queries. Contact your employer for HR, contract, payroll, rota, annual leave and employment references.
