What this article is about
This article explains where to raise queries about events and regional training days.
Who this is for
Doctors and dentists in training, Trust colleagues, educators, speakers and event organisers.
What you need to know
- Different teams may manage different parts of an event.
- HET may support booking, administration, attendance records, surveys and certificates where agreed with the organiser.
- The school, specialty or event lead is usually responsible for the educational content and deciding who should attend.
- Employers or local study leave teams are responsible for study leave approval and rota release.
- Queries should include enough information for the team to identify the event and issue.
What to do
When raising a query, include your full name, role or training level, specialty or school, event title, event date, email address used to book, clear description of the issue, and screenshots or booking references if relevant.
If this does not work
If HET does not administer the event, your query may be redirected to the relevant organiser, school, specialty or employer contact.
Who to contact
Use the PGMDE Support Portal for event and regional training day queries.
