- Submit a ticket via the PGMDE Support Portal
Contact the Healthcare Education Team (HET) by submitting a ticket through the PGMDE Support Portal.
In your ticket, clearly outline:- The nature of the error
- The correct information
- Any supporting details or documentation that may help verify the correction
Act promptly, timely reporting helps ensure your training record is accurate and avoids delays in progression or certification.
