Why am I getting the 'Page Unresponsive' prompt whenever I try to preference programmes?

If you encounter the 'Page Unresponsive' prompt (as seen below), follow these steps:

1. First, click on the 'Oriel - Pathway' button.

2. Then, click 'Wait.'

3. You may need to repeat this process multiple times (up to 15-20 times) whenever the prompt appears, so please be patient.

4. Avoid clicking anywhere else on the page until it unfreezes.

5. Once the page is responsive, you can start searching for programmes or using the filters.

6. If the page freezes again, repeat the same steps.

7. Remember to save your preferences whenever you add programmes.
