In this instance the Head of School will confirm an agreed amount of funding towards travel and accommodation expenses to support resident doctor attendance at the international event. Please note, subsistence costs are not supported for any international events.
Resident doctors will be expected to provide evidence that the course fee has been waived when submitting their discretionary application to their employing Trust for reimbursement.
Travel and accommodation expenses should be within our usual guidelines.
