Following the appeal hearing the Healthcare education team will write to you, usually within 5 working days, summarising the conclusion of the appeal and actions to take.
Following the ARCP appeal hearing decision there is no further internal avenue of appeal. The decision is final.
If the appeal hearing determines that the original outcome decision was incorrect, the appeal Chair will outline further steps that must be taken to facilitate the return to the training programme and/ or period of extension awarded.
You should immediately notify your employer of the outcome of your appeal.
