How do I submit a Matching form for KSS placements (ST3, ST4/5, ST6, ST7/8)?

For KSS matching (levels ST3, ST4/5, ST6, ST7/8), trainees will need to complete a matching form on Microsoft Forms. The link to the form will be sent out by NHSE around 6 months before the rotation date.

E.g. for the September rotation, the form will be sent end of Feb / beginning of March.

Once submitted, the information will be collated and sent to the TPDs and HoS to review. 

Trusts and trainees will then be informed of their rotation around 2 months before the start of the rotation.

Please note that the correct form will be circulated to trainees within good time of the matching deadline.
