My referee has submitted the reference but my Oriel account is still showing an incomplete status. What should I do?

Please check that your referee has clicked on the submit button and not just the save button once they have completed a reference. 

If this does not resolve your issue, please advise us via the link below and we will contact the IT supplier to request a resolution as soon as possible.
