I am still an ST1 in London/KSS, what courses are mandatory for me to attend?

In London, the ST1 Contract Media Study Day, ST1 Induction Day and ST1 Pysics course are all mandatory to attend.  Other courses run by the School are recommended, but not mandatory.

For KSS trainees, the requirement is that trainees attend 75% of Regional Training Days.
