Once you have commenced your Period of Grace, you are required to give notice in line with your Terms and Conditions and should liaise with your current employer and Training Programme Director to agree a suitable last working day. You are required to submit a Leavers Form to the Lead Employer HR Team and should then submit a NOC form to LaSE Healthcare Education Team.
