Dental Core Trainees collect evidence of their training on a Dental eportfolio system, hosted by Axia.
Axia is an online dental e-portfolio system used by dental trainees (including DCT, Dental Foundation Training). It is the digital platform where the following are uploaded:
- Workplace‑based assessments (WBAs)
- Record clinical activity logs
- Submit educational supervisor reports
- Reflect on learning and professional development
- Track progress against the Dental Gold Guide competencies, etc.
RCP outcomes (Interim and Final) are also recorded in Axia. After the RCP panel meets, the agreed outcome is uploaded to your Axia e‑portfolio, which is where you will see your official progression result.
