Will I be required to engage in a ‘return to work’ package when I come back from parental leave?

Yes. All Trainees will need to participate in an employer’s “Return to Work” package at the end of any prolonged absence from work, including parental leave. This should include consideration of returning to clinical learning as well as to clinical practice and may include “Keep in Touch” arrangements organised by the employer. Please contact your practice and TPD/PAD for more information.
