Once you have completed the CCT/CESR CP application form and signed it, please submit an enquiry (see below) and attach your CCT/CESR CP form along with your current CV. (You must ensure all the dates on your CCT/CESR/CP application form are the same as what is on your CV).
HET team will then check the CCT/CESR CP form and pass it to the Head of School for approval/signature. You will be contacted if any further information is needed. Once your CCT/CESR CP application form is signed by the Head of School the HET team will forward it directly to the Royal College of Emergency Medicine on your behalf.
