I have chosen to resign from my training programme who should I inform?

When resigning from the training programme you are required to submit a formal letter of resignation to your employer and TPD/PAD. You should liaise with your employer and TPD/PAD to agree a suitable last working day, based on your period of notice. You should then submit a query to the Healthcare Education Team stating your decision to resign from your training programme.
