If you are considering resigning in programme before your planned completion date you should arrange to meet with your Foundation Training Programme Director to discuss your intentions and reasons for the resignation.
You are required to give notice in line with your employer terms and conditions and resignation from the training programme. You are required to submit a formal letter of resignation to your employer and Foundation Training Programme Director and should then complete the LFS withdrawal form which is attached to this FAQ.
