The start of your training programme can only be deferred on statutory grounds (e.g. maternity/paternity/adoption leave, ill health). Please discuss your circumstances with your Foundation Training Programme Director and the Foundation School at the earliest opportunity. You will also need to inform your future employer if it is less than 12 weeks before your original start date. Please submit a Change in Circumstances Notification form to LaSE Healthcare Education Team (Foundation School).
