Do I need to complete a form for every event I wish to set up?

Yes. In order to set up any new event you will be required to submit a form via this system. This allows all requests to be logged and reduces email traffic. Bookings made by any other means cannot be supported.


If you have a large programme of events (E.g. regional training) then you only need to complete the main information within the form and can attach the detailed event programme when submitting the form.
