I want to set up an event but don’t have all of the information I need. What should I do?

If you want to book an event but only have partial details, then complete the minimum fields on the form and submit to HEE. This will allow the initial set up to take place and other details can be added later.

As a minimum the following is required:

    ·     Event organisers details

    ·     Type of event

    ·     Event title

    ·     Proposed event date

    ·     If a venue is required
