The Guaranteed Interview scheme (GIS) was replaced by the Disability Confident scheme (DCS) in November 2016. The Disability Confident scheme allows anyone with a disability to ask to be considered for a guaranteed invitation to interview.
You would be guaranteed an interview if you are able to evidence a disability and meet the essential eligibility criteria (as listed in the specialty person specification).
