All trainees will be required to submit a newly completed and signed version of the Deanery Document each time an application is made, including trainees that are re-applying with a previous window's supporting documents.

 Supporting Documents 
A1, A2, B, C and D may be resubmitted provided your circumstances have not changed since your last application – a recently signed coversheet is required if you are submitting a supporting document used in a previous application window.

Supporting documents are updated between IDT windows and new applications must use the supporting document relevant to the IDT window in which you are applying.

All evidence, including certificates of birth, marriage or civil partnership, must be re-submitted in each window.
