All offers made will be subject to pre-employment checks as is customary and this will involve employers following up references for the appointed candidate. At the end of the recruitment process details of appointed candidates will be transferred directly to employers by PNRO. If there is genuine reason for the offer to be rescinded, the student will be removed from the scheme and will be required to seek alternative opportunities for pre-registration training. PNRO will monitor this situation.
