Offers will continue to be recycled until the upgrade window closes.
It is therefore possible for a student to receive more than one upgraded offer during this timeframe.
A student could continue to accept with upgrades any offer received and continue in this way until the upgrade window closes or they receive an offer they wish to accept. They will only be made an offer if a programme that they afforded a higher preference to becomes available.
