Healthcare Education Team (HET) is responsible for ensuring that there are high quality learning environments for all healthcare learners in England. We have a statutory duty to secure continuous improvements in the quality of education and training and to promote the skills and behaviours that uphold the NHS Constitution.

PGMDE Support Portal (PSP) is a query management system and has a large number of FAQs for trainees to self-service and find the answer before contacting us. If the FAQs do not answer your questions it is intended to provide a critical source of evidence for the standards contained within the NHS England Quality Framework, and has been launched as part of NHS England’s mandate from the government in 2016-2017, which may be viewed here. In HET we receive approximately 5000 queries a month and the system allows us to respond, view response rate by agent and have an overview of all the outstanding queries within the system.

PGMDE Support Portal (PSP) will enable good practice to be identified and shared nationally, as well as highlight areas of risk to be addressed:

• Your personal data will be securely stored by NHS England as the data controller, and by Freshworks as the data processor contracted by NHS England here.
• Personal data that we gather as part of this process will only be accessed, seen and used by staff who need access to the personal data, to fulfil their role within the remit of education quality improvement and NHS England.
• We may share your personal data within services across NHS England and with other third party organisations (eg. Department of Health, NHS Trusts, other NHS and government agencies) as per NHS England's Privacy Notice.
• Where the data is used for analysis and publication, it will be on an anonymous basis, and will not be possible to identify any individuals.
