This support portal is for trainees, trainers and trusts in the NHS England London and KSS regions or any applicant, panel member or referee requiring support relating to recruitment activity supported by the London and KSS Recruitment team.
On 26 October 2026, we will be launching a new version of the PGMDE Support Portal (PSP) at 10:00 am.
At this time, we do not anticipate any disruption to service.
However, please be aware that there may be temporary delays while this work is undertaken.The URL used to access our service will remain the same, but direct links to forms and other features will change.
Where possible, we aim to resolve tickets on the existing platform over the 10 days following the launch of the new system. New enquiries should only be raised through the new site from 26 October 2026.
An automated message will be sent in response to tickets raised on the wrong site.We will minimise disruption as much as possible and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
This change is being made to prepare for wider organisational changes, and we have avoided key events wherever possible.
