If I take parental leave during my period of OOP, do I need to apply for an extension to my OOP? (OOP)

Your period of OOP will be extended to take into account your parental leave. Please make sure you submit a Change in Circumstances form to LaSE Healthcare Education Team. If you wish to extend your period of OOP for longer than your period of parental leave, then you will need to formally apply for an extension to your OOP.
