What is the purpose of an ARCP?

Modified on Wed, 26 Apr 2023 at 09:49 AM

The ARCP (Annual Review of Competence Progression) provides a formal process that reviews the evidence presented by the trainee and their educational supervisor (including your Horus E-portfolio), relating to their progress in the training programme.

It will enable the trainee, the Foundation School Director and employers to document that the competences required are being gained at an appropriate rate and through appropriate experience.
