The Professional Support Unit (PSU) provides free, confidential and impartial support for eligible doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals in training across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. We offer advice, coaching, careers guidance and specialist support with neurodivergence, communication, wellbeing and returning to work. Separate from your employer and training programme, we help you address challenges affecting your training and professional development.
