How long will I have to wait for an ARCP appeal hearing?

Modified on Wed, 17 May 2023 at 11:32 AM

The formal appeal hearing should normally take place within 15 working days of the trainee informing HEE (Now NHS England) of their decision to appeal.

However, please note that this timeframe is indicative and will be dependent on clinical availability but in all instances, these timescales will be adhered to as closely as possible.

Any alterations to the timeframes outlined will be communicated to the trainee (and any appropriate representatives) as soon as possible.
