Your Deanery Document should be completed prior to you sending it to the national Inter Deanery team via upload to your IDT application. 

The agreement for HEE London and South East (LaSE) is that a delegated nominee will sign the deanery document form on behalf of the Postgraduate dean (PGD). This delegated nominee will be the Service Delivery Manager or a Senior Officer of the faculty your specialty is managed by. In order to have part 2 of the document signed you will need to send the document to the faculty team that manages your specialty. The team will obtain the appropriate signatory and return the form to you via email.

Please complete a workforce enquiry form ( on the PGMDE Support portal and attach your document to the query form. To ensure that your document is sent through to the correct faculty on the system, you must ensure that; 


• You select the correct specialty from the drop down list

• You select ‘IDT Deanery Document’ for type of enquiry

Please do not send your document directly to the national IDT  team to obtain the PGD signature
