Trainees who are reviewed in absentia are required to sign their Outcome Form and return to the Ophthalmology team via PGMDE Support Portal to confirm that they have seen their Outcome and that they agree with it. Once the signed Outcome Form has been received, the Ophthalmology team keep a copy for their records and also send a copy to the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
Why do I have to sign my Outcome Form and return it?
