How much notice should I give my employer and LaSE Healthcare Education Team of my intention to return to training from parental leave?

 Please refer to your employer’s relevant leave policy for information on who and when you should contact to arrange your return to training. You should discuss your return to training with your TPD/PAD at the earliest opportunity but a minimum of eight weeks written notice is required. Please submit a Change in Circumstance form to LaSE Healthcare Education Team
