No. You are not expected to participate in the ARCP process whilst on statutory leave; no ARCP outcome would be issued during this period of time. However, you are expected to comply with the requirements for revalidation and as such should complete a Form R when requested, declaring your period of parental leave. An ARCP form will still be completed for this time period with an 'N' code issued stating no ARCP was undertaken due to parental leave.
