The funding arrangements in place for events must be noted on the booking form. As standard the following will apply:

    HET/ central venues budget supports:

        ·     Recruitment

        ·     ARCPs

        ·     STCs/ Board Meetings


    HoS budgets/ central venues budget support:

        ·     Conferences

        ·     Additional value added training events

    Local trust venues support:

        ·     Regional Training Days (though Tarriff)

Any events falling outside of these may require additional approval or funding details for the appropriate re-charge to be made.

If a request for additional funding for events such as equipment or speakers is made, then then this should be outlined on the booking and will require director approval.
