How much notice is required to book an event?

A minimum 4-month notice should be given for all bookings. This ensures there is sufficient time to manage resource availability, venue and the requisite amount of time for invites to be sent to trainees/ speakers. As the Regional Training Days have recently moved to fall under the remit of the Business Support team within the Health Education team, we accept events with less notice but this is at the faculty officer's discretion. For future events that are to be held after the 1st January 2018, we will require 4 month's notice to organise these for you.
